Golf Fit have a commitment to developing young golfers into strong athletes capable of withstanding the physical, technical, mental, emotional and social stresses of a long career in golf.
We believe that technical golf skills should be built upon a strong base of functional and fundamental movement skills.
We take juniors on a journey, guiding them through the following phases of learning:

The juniors have an easy to follow junior booklet to guide their physical learning with physical skills to pass at every stage of their development. We don’t stop with the juniors – Vision54 have created a masterpiece in their Golf Parent of the Future booklet – evening reading for the parents.
Our desire is to create the best long term athletic development program in the golfing world. To do this we offer the same level of conditioning, nutritional and planning support to our juniors as we do to the European Tour Players we work with. Importantly, we have a lot of fun doing it.
